No Unauthorized Email Collection

We refuse the unauthorized collection of email addresses posted on this website by means of email-harvesting programs or any other technical devices. Violations are punishable under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection of Korea (the "Network Act").

Anyone who collects, sells, or distributes email addresses without authorization using technical devices, or knowingly uses such addresses, is subject to a fine of up to KRW 10 million under Article 50-2 of the Network Act.

If your email address has been collected without authorization by such technical devices, please report it to the Korea Spam Response Center (tel. 118, spam.kisa.or.kr).

Article 50-2 of the Network Act (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses)

1. No one may collect email addresses by using a program or other technical device that automatically collects email addresses from a website on which the intent to refuse such collection is clearly stated.
2. No one may sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of paragraph (1).
3. No one may use email addresses for transmitting information while knowing that their collection, sale, or distribution is prohibited under paragraphs (1) and (2).
