Terms of Use

These Terms of Use set out the conditions and procedures for using the website (ilhaeng.com, the "Site") operated by ILHA Co., Ltd. (the "Company").

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users in connection with use of the Site.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • "Site" means the website operated by the Company to provide corporate and business information.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising in connection with use of the Site shall be brought before the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s headquarters.
